What does this mean? It mean to get up every weekday around 05:30 (very early for a night owl like me) and workout with my reboot colleagues from 6:30 to 7:30. I had a torn ligament beginning of March and was unable to do any sports.
With this challenge I have the perfect motivation to re-start. The trainers know about my accident and they will show me exercises which will not harm my foot.
I am really curious:
How does it feel to workout five days a week or even more?
How does it feel to get up early and do straith away sports every day?
How will the group dynamics help?
Will I feel more lively?
Will my endurance improve?
Will my concentration improve?
At the beginning of the challenge all your „body data“ will be tracked, height, weight, pulse, body fat percentage, percentage of oxygen in your blood etc. With this knowledge you can measure your improvements and most important you learn how to adjust your workout to your needs.
