This is one of these exercises, little kids would do just for fun, without knowing that it is a real good workout, because its real fun! You can do it with your roommate, your lover, your best friend or with your personal trainer like me. Grab each others wrist and “sit down”, pull each other up and change the arm and do the same on the other side. Bring your torso to the side.
This is a great workout for the arms, the shoulders and balance! Try it out! It is real fun!
I would recommend three series of twenty repetitions.
